Surestay By Best Western Grayson

Awesome place with friendly staff, free parking, and indoor pool. I'll never forget how they helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. I highly recommend it! Coming back for Christmas!

The hotel's position was favourable, short walk to Grayson, Morehead or Ashland, and places to see.

clean hotel, facilities are clean, and the location is excellent in the middle of jackson. the staff are welcoming and the room is cool with king size bed. fast food restaurant has great food choices.

The room was verynice and neat. I appreciated the well-maintained pool area that was inviting for a refreshing dip. Breakfast options were good and hot, which started my day off right. The front desk employees were personable. I noticed that the breakfast had a great variety, a nice touch.

This motel is the best in appearance in the area. And was recommended by family living in the area.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I forgot the credit card I used to reserve the room and the front desk worked with us and made sure our bank card was not charged two times. The breakfast bar was great both mornings.

You should advertise the pool on the website.

The indoor pool was nice and a fun distraction for relaxation after a long drive. Make sure to ask about available breakfast items early to avoid missing out.

We faced some inconveniences . The strong chlorine smell in the pool and the pervasive marijuana odor in the hallways were noticeable, detracting from the overall experience. We never received our requested extra towels, which would have been helpful.

Convenient to amenities. We enjoyed our stay...it was the billing that is suspect!

Unauthorized charges on bill! A 'so called' damage fee that will be refunded back to you but doesn't show up on your receipt! If this is company policy...someone needs to change it or at least make sure customers are aware of it!

The staff was available and busy all the time, keeping the rooms SO VERY clean and comfortable. We spoke to them as they busied themselves,they took the time to chat with us, yet doing their jobs. The full breakfast was wonderful, many amenities for our comfort. One of the cleanest motels we ever stayed in.

I can not think of anything they did not have, nor did they do that we needed, or could have made better.

The highlight of our stay was definitly the clean and spacious room with a super comfy bed 🌟 we were disappointed with the broken hot tub during our first night.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was decent. It wasn't super clean but not terrible either. The beds were pretty comfortable, and we didn't have any bad smells, thank goodness. Towels were clean, but the sheets could've been a bit fresher. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids! A good spot for a quick stay.
